Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Xpovi is a robotic advisory, building cutting edge and transformative enterprise solutions. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join forces. We look for professionals who are ready to make an impact, lead, and crafts Xpovi vision through executing bespoke user experience research, analysis flow and futuristic designs implementation. We are eager to work with candidates who enjoy an entrepreneurial approach, strong work ethic, and ability to demonstrate leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create and apply a scientific user experience research methodology.
• Survey, research, investigate and evaluate user requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential user experience problems.
• Conduct periodical product audits from a UI/UX perspective.
• Illustrate research findings through detailed story boards, process diagrams, concept maps and mock-ups. 
• Execute and design user experience through wireframes, site grids, sitemaps, and prototypes.
• Execute product design and process flow in an engaging, unique, and interactive manner.
• Optimize and transform existing user interface designs.
• Develop visual design standards and best practices.
• Participate in ideas creation, brainstorming and product development.
• Ability to enhance and build navigation components. 
• Up to date user experience researcher regarding new methodologies and applications.
• Up to date with trending user interface designs.
• Supervise and coach junior team members.
