Job Description
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration& sales
- Assess local market conditions &identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts& business plans
- Meets goals &metrics
- Bring out the best branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Responsible for day to day processes to ensure the quality of outlet operation & supervise the outlet staff directly or indirectly
Job Requirements
- BSC. graduated
- Technical experience in the Hearing Aid Solutions field.
- Proven branch management experience
- Ability to meet sales targets and operation goals
- Familiarity with industry rules and regulations
