QC Engineer MEP

Duties and tasks

Duty 1: Quality Control

• Monitoring and analyzing projects’ quality performance.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with Engineers’ manager to develop and implement controls and improvements regarding the installation phase
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations regarding the installation phase
• Investigating and troubleshooting projects regarding the installation phase
• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements regarding the installation phase

Duty 1: Project Initiation and execution 

• Follow up with the technical office and the engineer’s manager to manage the timeline of the projects after the installation section
• Receive the Pre - Commissioning sheet that includes the delivered equipment with serials, Copper pipes installed and its direction and the amount of فريون needed to begin the startup process from the Installation Engineer
• Prepare quality control checklist
• Conduct and conclude the startup and QC process 
• Prepare the startup record and communicate it to the engineers’ manager and the assigned installation engineer and manage any rework

Duty 2: Initiating of the maintenance and warrantee 

• Prepare the startup record to the maintenance team to initiate the warrantee period 
• Complete warrantee procedures and deliver the maintenance records and warrantee certificates to the Projects’ admin assistant
