Job Description
- Present inventory of properties that are competitive with a variety of client to be compatible with buyer financing
- Working as a consultant for the buyer by advising clients on market conditions and market investment opportunities.
- Attend meetings with clients on points of sale
- Answer client questions according to business needs.
- Acquire new leads through different methods & ways in order to expand the network circle
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive opportunity to the client & be aware of similar units in different projects with the same criteria
- Detail Oriented
- Working closely with Admin to put date inventory on websites
- Report your weekly & daily duties by Mail it to the team leader & sales manager with the status of all clients
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Real Estate field
- Good Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Having a Car is a must to handle client showings, meetings.
