Job Description
- Leading Team of Leisure.
- Participate in appraising staff and draw quarter and annual objective plans for staff and section.
- Developing travel packages seasonally (International and Domestic Packages) and cascade it to Blue Sky stake holders.
- Developing monthly, quarterly and yearly status progress report, measuring percentage of targets, achievements and develop a costumer source report monthly and send it to marketing department and all concerned parties.
- Participate in target forecasting, setting and monitoring targets achievements for teams.
- Identify opportunities and analyze lost business opportunities and develop correction plan
- In Liaise with Marketing department, developing new communication techniques with leisure customers to increase leisure sales volume.
- Conducting satisfaction customer survey assessing supplier’s services.
- Receive and handle customers’ complaints (direct / indirect from other related) and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Relevant University degree.
- Very Good Computer Skills.
- Excellent general information about touristic locations and capital of counties.
- Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
- Excellent English Language Level (writing –understanding).
- 6 : 7 years same previous experience in leisure with Outbound experience is a must at least 4 years as a senior managerial position in same field.
