Job Description

  • Define hiring needs by the regular communication with department heads and update manpower planning accordingly.
  • Implement and control the whole recruitment process and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Provide a pool of resumes through the different recruitment channels, in order to build up and maintain categorized and efficient database.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and communicate directly with assigned Head of departments to coordinate technical selection process.
  • Coordinate with all departments in order to define the training needs in order to develop training need analysis.
  • Communicate with training providers in order to get an estimated price list for each training program in order to support in training budgeting.
  • Follow-up and implement the approved training plan, and coordinate required training programs arrangements such as payment terms, preparing required tools, training location, required reservations, etc. 
  • Manage employee’s special events’ calendar, and send the appropriate cards.
  • Perform related assigned tasks that help in enhancing HR department performance and company’s performance as well.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Of any relevant major.
  • Excellent Command of English
  • Excellent at Microsoft Office
