Job Description

A reputable physical therapy clinic located in the 5th settelement is looking for an energetic and experienced office manager with at least 3 years of experience in the medical field.

  • Managing all aspects of the clinic
  • Answering calls and booking appointments  for the consultant Doctor and the assistant doctors
  • Receiving payments and logging them using Excel
  • Organizing patients files
  • Communicating daily with the Consultant Doctor
  • Overseeing assistants and helping with payroll
  • Handling customer service issues
  • Shifts available: Secretary 11 to 7 pm, office manager 3 to 10 pm, Friday off

Job Requirements

Qualifications needed:

  • Bachelor's degree (graduate not a student)
  • Must be proficient with Excel
  • Experienced in the medical field as a receptionist for at least 2-3 years and at least 1 year as an office manager
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Punctual
  • Team player
  • Microsoft and Excel (intermediate or expert)
  • Good English
  • Living close to the 5th settlement ( New Cairo, Nasr City, Moqatam, Maadi, Heliopolis)
