Job Description
- Coordinating with clients & maintaining customer service excellence
- Scheduling shipments, preparing & confirming order approval
- Releasing invoices & conducting market research
- Placing orders as required, notifying customers of any activity concerning account
- Preparing monthly reports for customer activities
Job Requirements
- Experience in Truck freight is a must
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office
