Job Description
- Assists HR department with recruitment process, posting job ads, filtering CVs, schedule interviews, HR interviewing & evaluation, and communicate related correspondences to all applicants on a timely manner.
- Coordinate the onboarding & offboarding process of new hires & resigned employees.
- Perform reference checks and issue job offers.
- Assist in maintain the HR Information Systems on regular basis (hiring, transfer, promotions, terminations, etc.,)
- Assist in maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law.
- Administrate official paperwork with the social insurance office(s) and track status changes.
- Communicating HR policies and procedures, labor law and standards to new and existing employees.
- Handle medical claims, approvals medical cards & refund with a medical company.
- Supports staff inquires on HR related issues (Time management, policies and procedures, HR letters, statements, employee legislation, etc...)
- Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management is preferred.
- 0-2 Years of experience.
Skills:
- Very good command of the English language (Written and Spoken).
