Job Description

  • Maintain customer contracts on SAP, for proper accrual/provision calculations, and rechecking with invoice matching
  • Good experience in managing customers debit notes
  • Track and evaluate Annual budget for trade spend and work with Sales on any overspend situations.
  • Generation of Net-Net Sales on a proforma basis by Customer/Channel/SKU/brand basis during S&OP regular processes and Budget preparation, while analyzing variances with actuals, while providing any corrective actions.
  • Provide analytical support in setting Annual budgets
  • Reviewing promotions in trade promotion management software
  • Analyze customer account spending as well as customer profitability
  • Coordinate with other departments and maintain efficiency on all sales procedures and activities.
  • Prepare sales team bonus
  • Provide different types of reports in timely manner

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or finance from a reputable university with minimum 4 years of experience in finance operations and budget preparations.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent Excel knowledge
  • Strong SAP knowledge
  • Very good communication skills
  • Knowledge of S&OP process
  • Good understanding of budget preparation process
  • Strong knowledge of monthly closing processes
