Job Description
- Maintain customer contracts on SAP, for proper accrual/provision calculations, and rechecking with invoice matching
- Good experience in managing customers debit notes
- Track and evaluate Annual budget for trade spend and work with Sales on any overspend situations.
- Generation of Net-Net Sales on a proforma basis by Customer/Channel/SKU/brand basis during S&OP regular processes and Budget preparation, while analyzing variances with actuals, while providing any corrective actions.
- Provide analytical support in setting Annual budgets
- Reviewing promotions in trade promotion management software
- Analyze customer account spending as well as customer profitability
- Coordinate with other departments and maintain efficiency on all sales procedures and activities.
- Prepare sales team bonus
- Provide different types of reports in timely manner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or finance from a reputable university with minimum 4 years of experience in finance operations and budget preparations.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Very good communication skills
- Knowledge of S&OP process
- Good understanding of budget preparation process
- Strong knowledge of monthly closing processes
