Job Description
- Develops HSE Policies , procedures and objectives.
- Set up procedures policy for the protection and maintenance of safety rules and means of fire resistance and how to protect structures, individuals, work, and prevent and reduce work-related accidents and shall be discussed with the heads of departments and get the adoption of the senior management teams of these policies.
- Manages HSE team to achieve department objectives.
- Identifies and evaluate hazard to take preventive and corrective actions .
- Responsible for directing and coordinating the work of employees and address technical problems and ensure undergo workplace requirements and safety rules and free from scrap (Hazardous, non –hazardous) at all times.
- Trains staff on HSE standards to decrease hazard as possible & Trains employees on safety policies, procedures & regulation.
- Follow-up and implementation of environmental protection of water resulting from manufacturing and emissions from the various production and plants and solid waste and is committed to the implementation of all legal requirements and environmental legislation, and local and international specifications such as ISO and other operations process pollution system.
- Performs accident investigations and reporting.
- Adheres to HSE and environmental regulations.
- Responsible for identifying hazardous work place conditions,
- Take samples & measurements of hazardous materials & coordinate the removal of physical, biological & chemical hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal & state health & safety regulations & ensure necessary records are maintained & prepared according to established guidelines.
- Providing inspectors with appropriate documents & identifying safety measures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering
- Familiar with standard concepts & procedures.
- Certificate of safety & health from the occupational safety & health institute
- Firefighting training, OSHA 18001 certificate training.
- work in Manufacturing field is a Must.
- With 10 : 15 years’ experience
- High communication skills.
- Familiar with factory Safety environment.
