Description:
Management and operation of the company's proprietary loyalty software system and catering for it's users' needs.
Responsibility:
- Managing of the company's loyalty software system's backend and overseeing its operation
- Interfacing with sales, marketing, financial and technical departments as well as product owners, warehousing.
- Providing a bidirectional channel for feedback between customers and CRM team.
- Ensuring that the loyalty program is achieving its goals as well as continual proposing/seeing through of improvements and development.
- Providing support for customers, third party retailers and implementers in context of the app (frontend) usage and walkthroughs.
- Managing product tracking number / QR Code generation and implementation while crosscutting brands and products.
- Leading activities as a centric point between development and operation.
- Develop process improvement activities of online platforms operation.
- Support and assist development team in testing and platform designing.
- Giving feedback to the software development team for any feature requests or bug fixes as well as managing the validation, verification and acceptance of new software releases and upgrades.
