Job Description
- Review pricings and analyze prices
- Review planning timeline schedules
- Select contractors and suppliers according to their evaluation with the ability to negotiate.
- Choosing the materials used in all works
- Periodic follow-up on the ongoing work, highlighting any obstacles.
- Giving technical solutions to all problems to avoid business interruption
- Preparing estimated and final assays
- Review extracts for contractors and clients
- Communicating with all departments of the company and coordinating with them in all stages of work
- The ability to review all shop drawings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil/architecture
- 6-8 years of experience as a site/technical office engineer
- PRMG/PMP certifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD /sap(design) /primavera /Revit
- Negotiation skills
- Leadership skills
- Representative
- Strong client/stakeholder management skills.
