- Responsible of the site .
- Attendance of the site manpower .
- Provide fast solutions for any issues or needs .
- 15 Day at site then two days off .
- recruiting new staff.
- making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
- managing pensions and benefits administration.
- approving job descriptions and advertisements.
- looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
- organizing staff training
- monitoring staff performance and attendance
Job Requirements
- Experience at construction CO. is preferred .
- Has the ability to work outside Cairo on a continuous basis .
- Able to deal with difficult situations and find quick solutions .
- Excellent communication, management and leadership skills .
- Organizational and time-management skills .
- Decision-making skills .
- He has experience in the field of personal and recruitment and the use of Microsoft .
- Out of cairo & giza residents preferred .
