Job Description
- Develop hospital’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing.
- Manage all recruitment process (Prepares and updates database with C.Vs, Open new recruitment channels, Participate in employment fairs, and conducting Interviews.
- Designing interview questions based on job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
- Assessing candidates’ information (e.g. contact details, resumes) using Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage the new joiner process from offer letter, on boarding & Contribute in HR Orientation.
- Represent ASSIH internally and externally at events like employment fairs etc.
- Contribute in Manpower forecasting on yearly basis, or if any adjustment through the year.
- Prepare manpower Reports weekly to manage and maintain the planned one and take the necessary action if any (Replacement or Retention).
- Forecasting the hiring needs of every department of the hospital.
- Receiving Initial personnel filing Documents.
- Finalize all approvals regarding change of status for employees (transfers, Promotion...), and Inform payroll department in case of any changes (salaries, contract type …).
- Conduct exit interviews with entry and mid-level, Receive resignations and notify the Human Resource Department.
- Finalize resignation & termination sheet for the partner departments.
- Provide manpower data for the head’s reports.
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- HR Certificate is a plus
- Minimum 2+ years as talent acquisition “Medical recruitment”
- English fluency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
