Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Make a full Reconciliation cycle for POS with our partners.
- Check all the transactions and make chargeback after ensuring from reconciliation report & refund transactions.
- Handle high level of merchants’ issues according to SLA.
- Prepare the settlement and reconciliation reports for all our merchants at online payment gateway project.
- Investigate the suspected transactions and provide the required documents to the Bank.
- Prepare monthly reports for the closing months.
- Preparing and recording the daily settlement company reports.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any or any relevant experience.
Experience, Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Settlement & reconciliation with schemes for e-payment or fintech firms.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good Command of English in both Verbal and written.
