Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Create compelling and original content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and websites.
- Develop educational content such as articles, guides, and resource materials to support our training programs.
Social Media Management:
- Plan, curate, and manage WellGrow Academy’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and tone.
- Create engaging posts, stories, and videos to increase follower engagement and reach.
Video and Multimedia Content:
- Script, storyboard, and produce video content, including promotional videos, testimonials, and educational videos.
- Edit video content and add graphics, subtitles, and animations as needed.
Copywriting:
- Write SEO-friendly blog posts and website content to improve online visibility and organic reach.
- Craft compelling headlines, captions, and copy that resonate with our target audience.
Brand Alignment:
- Ensure all content aligns with WellGrow Academy’s brand voice, tone, and values.
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and cohesive content.
Trend Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and content formats.
- Suggest innovative ideas to enhance content reach and engagement.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Proficiency in using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or other multimedia software.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to new formats.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
