Job Description
- Ensures the timely and successful business opportunities by attracting new customers and service providers.
- Performs administrative tasks such as recording of number of clients contacted, new leads, or products promoted upon request.
- Carries responsibility for meeting and exceeding the monthly sales target.
- Carries responsibility for following up with customers outstanding balance.
- Ensures understanding of customers' needs and problems and in a co-operative manner attempts to provide support to enable improved customer satisfaction.
- Study market pricing considering: competitors, compared to budget then seeking finance department approval.
- Creates, submits and follows up on the implementation of Technical requests with the technical department.
- Ensures company property is well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Communicates work progress of monthly/quarterly clearly to management.
Job Requirements
● Understanding of sales performance metrics
● An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
● Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
● Availability to travel as needed
● BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
