Job Objective:
Generally, a Medical Representative is responsible for advertising, marketing and distributing TPN and Nutrive over vast numbers of healthcare professionals in order to maximize the sales rates via widening the network of clients. Medical Representative will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals, aiming at meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make market research to identify the most qualified possible clients.
- Pay daily visits to clinics and hospitals in order to widen the network and promote Modawa’s products.
- Present and exhibit TPN and Nutrive to clinics, private hospitals, centers and all medical facilities to maximize our market share of medical devices.
- Follow up and widen the network health professionals in case of purchase or not, and develop relationships with them to know market developments from their perspective, and increase the proportion of sales.
- Write daily, weekly and monthly reports and other documents reflecting performance against plan.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of TPN and Nutrive components.
- Follow up with new clients and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
- Ensure compliance with all the company’s policies and codes.
- Prepare presentations for potential customers.
- Research competitor’s products and their respective market performances.
- Reach monthly, quarterly and annually sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in pharmacy is a must.
- 6 months up to 1 year of experience at least in the sales.
- Very good command of spoken and written English language .
- Sell products using 'face-to-face' selling techniques.
- Medical background is a must.
