Job Description
The chosen s/he will be responsible for:
- Responding to customers’ inquiries and updates about services.
- Understand the full services knowledge during our training & orientation process.
- Active attendance of weekly training sessions, activities, and meetings by sales team.
- Calling interested/potential clients through daily fresh leads.
- Understanding customer background & needs and well define the customer requirements.
- Conducting meetings with customers indoors and outdoors as needed.
- Offering our services to clients and advice the best fit service/package to them.
- Closing sales and achieving the monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers till registration.
- Updating customer data and presenting sales reports to sales manager.
- Opening new clients and upselling services.
- Proposing new features or ideas to enhance and develop the sales and business.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure outstanding service to clients.

The best fit candidate should be:
- Age no more than 30 years old.
- Females or males.
- University degree in any field. Preferred in Business administration, Sales & Marketing.
- 1-3 years of a proven work experience as a sales advisor/Salesperson.
- Cairo and Giza residents only
- Good command of the English language.
- Good user of MS Office Kit.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the digital market is a plus.
- Training courses in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Excellent Selling, Negotiation, and Customer care skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Excellent Effective listening skills and open to feedback.
- Self-motivated, committed and driven by objectives.
