Job Description

  • Plan & coordinate the project's sales operations contracts & inventory activities.
  • Develop and communicate inventory operational management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, inventory movements and identify gaps.
  • Update the latest inventory management and sales transactions.
  • Liaise with the Engineering department to ensure timely deliveries of information needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with new projects and facilities.
  • Prepare proposals & contracts.
  • Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork.
  • Assurance accurate process of closing deals and receiving original contracts by concerned clients.
  • Keeps up-to-date accurate sales contracts includes status per each contract.
  • Develop all necessary reports that assist management.
  • Reporting monthly sales results for the sales team.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Keeps & fills original copies of the entire signed contracts.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor degree of Business Administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales Operations is a MUST.
  • Very good Analytical skills.
  • Details oriented & Punctual.
