Job Description
- Plan & coordinate the project's sales operations contracts & inventory activities.
- Develop and communicate inventory operational management policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, inventory movements and identify gaps.
- Update the latest inventory management and sales transactions.
- Liaise with the Engineering department to ensure timely deliveries of information needed.
- Stay up-to-date with new projects and facilities.
- Prepare proposals & contracts.
- Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork.
- Assurance accurate process of closing deals and receiving original contracts by concerned clients.
- Keeps up-to-date accurate sales contracts includes status per each contract.
- Develop all necessary reports that assist management.
- Reporting monthly sales results for the sales team.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Keeps & fills original copies of the entire signed contracts.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor degree of Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales Operations is a MUST.
- Very good Analytical skills.
- Details oriented & Punctual.
