Job Description
1-Reception
- Answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary.
- Acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person and via telephone.
- Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Manage reception area and looks after visitors.
- Hold updated telephone directory (internal numbers)
- Keep an updated vendor list that is related to office admiration.
2- Messengers
- Mange the messengers’ team by defining their responsibilities and distributing daily work tasks to ensure high performance and to get the desirable results.
- Plan office cars’ daily route based on car request receiving date & priority.
3- Administration
- Carry out various Office-related activities, including purchasing, payments, applications, and process follow-up. (utilities, Internet & landlines invoices payment)
- Monitor unassigned areas such as meeting rooms, restrooms, pantry, and entrances, to ensure they are maintained.
- Arrange meeting room booking by scheduling and coordinating appropriate meeting times.
- Provide support for any assigned tasks whenever necessary.
Job Requirements
- BS of Business Administration / or equivalent .
- Good in English .
- Microsoft Office is must .
