Job Description
- Develop Logistics & Demand Planning Strategy based on the business needs & best practice processes.
- Manage inbound, inventory and outbound activities.
- Manage the delivery route planning system effectively to optimize the vehicle utilization and the related cost.
- Responsible for product demand planning in coordination with commercial and procurement team.
- Coordinates with procurement, to ensure product availability by monitoring planning & delivery plans while maintaining stocks at the right levels, avoiding obsolescence & ensuring best inventory turnover.
- Designs the operating procedures to ensure best stock rotation and FIFO considering the agreed upon distribution strategy.
- Responsible for conducting regular meetings with sales and top customers to discuss ways to improve efficiency & customer satisfaction.
- Actively contributes with the Logistics management to set the KPIs and reporting system.
- Responsible to coach, motivate and assess logistics & demand planning team.
- Responsible to monitor and update the master data in SAP system.
- Develop and improve the performance of department staff & ensure high efficiency.
Job Requirements
Skills
Technical knowledge in SAP / operational background- planning, procurement, logistics, projects management.
Very good analytical problem solving, interpersonal skills, strong leadership negotiation, communication & project management skills.
High level of effective communication skills.
University degree, commercial or technical major.
7+ years in operational functions.
