Job Description

  • Communicate with existing customers and make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities for customers
  • Use internal data and tools to deliver best performance
  • Researching and qualifying new leads and prospects
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information and proposals
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science, marketing, business or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in an outbound call-centre or a related sales position.
  • Strong listening and sales skills including financial negotiation skills, objection handling, competitive dispositioning, problem solving, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets
