Job Description
- We are looking for a Video Editor to join our team for a client based in the USA.
- Will be responsible for video editing for various social media channels.
- Manipulating and editing film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Create rough and final cuts
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Job Requirements
- Fluent Spoken and Written English as all communications will be in English
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut)
- Social Media background is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio and experienced work history.
- Meets deadlines.
- Must have experience in montage and editing.
- Must have experience in an advertising agency.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Willing to work night shifts
- you will be working from home temporarily, so you should have your own laptop and stable internet connection at home
