Job Description

  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Search & collect data (leads) for prospect suppliers 
  • Do all sales activities, negotiations, and retention activities to ensure and maintain the prospect client’s interest
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Constant follow-up of customers
  • Filter clients to get interested clients and work on them
  • Study each client and his needs to provide him with appropriate and fitting services
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with old data (archived or not-interested) to retain them and renew their interest
  • Working on clients’ profiles and history to search the opportunities for renewals// upgrades
  • Propose all discounts and offers upon renewals • Strictly commit to all HR policies, attendance // adherence 
  • Build an outstanding service experience through a good understanding

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is a Must.
  • Perfect communication skills and phone etiquette are necessary for the job
  • Computer literacy, competent user of MS Office, and other various software.
  • Ability to maintain performance goals.
  • Good command of English skills
