Job Description
- Identify and research potential clients
- Search & collect data (leads) for prospect suppliers
- Do all sales activities, negotiations, and retention activities to ensure and maintain the prospect client’s interest
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Constant follow-up of customers
- Filter clients to get interested clients and work on them
- Study each client and his needs to provide him with appropriate and fitting services
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Follow up with old data (archived or not-interested) to retain them and renew their interest
- Working on clients’ profiles and history to search the opportunities for renewals// upgrades
- Propose all discounts and offers upon renewals • Strictly commit to all HR policies, attendance // adherence
- Build an outstanding service experience through a good understanding
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Previous experience in B2B sales is a Must.
- Perfect communication skills and phone etiquette are necessary for the job
- Computer literacy, competent user of MS Office, and other various software.
- Ability to maintain performance goals.
- Good command of English skills
