Job Description
- Manage and support the Data Center Infrastructure including (Storage, Servers, OS and Backup System)
- Manage All Upgrades, Security Patches and Fixes for the whole Data Center Infrastructure (Storage, Servers, OS and Backup System)
- Troubleshoot system and OS level issues at scale across multiple systems.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
- Control all data security and availability through backup plan and devices.
- Creating, maintaining User and group Accounts, Deleting Unused Accounts and Implementing Group and user account policies
- Creating and managing system security policies and components objectives and Configuring system hardware resources
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection.
- Check all servers’ services, VMS, replication between sites, High availability, and redundancy, execute healthily and performance check.
- Upgrade and Maintain VMWare ESX.
- Provide Backup and restore VMWare servers and virtual sessions.
- Assume personal responsibility for resolving problems in most effective way possible within SLA reaching root cause and preventing problems.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Hand Experience of antivirus administration (Kaspersky).
- Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience.
- MSCE Certified (Must).
- Cisco- CCNA (Preferred).
- Validated knowledge & troubleshooting skills of VMware ESX & ESXi & vSphere versions.
- VMware Certified Professional 6- Data Center Virtualization (Preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft products is desirable.
- Administration & troubleshooting skills on Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
- Strong experience in datacenter infrastructure with expertise in Storage technologies.
