Job Description
- Taking responsibility for the cash float and cashing up at the end of the shift.
- Carrying out temperature checks on all refrigerator equipment.
- Ensuring stock levels and product pricings are correct.
- Carry out staff briefings pre-service.
- Undertaking visual Health & Safety checks and ensure all accidents are recorded and reported.
- Oversee the running of the café.
- Ensure designated rooms are set up correctly for functions.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience as Café/Restaurant Supervisor.
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Location: Alexandria.
