Telesales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for presenting our product to customers over the phone and maintaining good relationships. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. An effective tele sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

 Key responsibilities:

• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering. 
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and to offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities. 
• Keeping a record of calls and relevant details related to customers and to keep an updated database of their information. 
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. 
• Responsible for offering solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
• Direct prospects and leads to the operations team.
