Job Description
- Handle calls & online chat.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers info about products and services.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Follow up customer calls when it’s necessary.
- Document all call information according to operating procedures standard.
- Make call reports.
- Moderate all social network “ Facebook / Instagram” comments & messages.
