Job Description
• Lead the ultrafine project design, erection, and commissioning incl. industrial line and warehouse
• Maintain the project scope under control, strictly follow the change management process
• Develop the detailed project schedule
• Manage and follow up the budget in line with strategy given by industrial manager
• Prepare detailed technical specifications with site team and select suppliers with the support of the Supply Chain team
• Make optimal design choices in terms of effectiveness and capex
• Organize technical design reviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Follow up the project with all stakeholders on a weekly basis
• Write project presentation (monthly) and project reports (weekly)
• Identify project risks and draw mitigation action plan
• Implement all the necessary Safety procedures and systems to ensure the project is executed with 0 accidents
• Organize the legal and regulatory aspects of the project with the support of Legal team
• Rigorously apply the Saint-Gobain Project Execution Methodology
• Very close collaboration with Mechanical & Site Project Manager and on Electrical Manager who will provide their technical support and lead specific work packages in the project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Mechanical or Industrial)
- Up to 8 years of experience in projects management
- Industrial operations , Engineering of new machines / production lines, Gypsum or construction material experience is highly recommended
- Very good project management skills, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes
- Proficient in Autocad and technical design
- Very good analytical skills
- Excellent PC skills, especially in MS Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
