Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Strategic Role:
- Drives continuous development of IT strategy
- Ensures alignment of strategic IT initiatives with demands of the business
- Analyze resources utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance
- Act as a central point of contact between the organizational management teams in the organization, and can simultaneously tackle the digital needs of the business.
- Tactical Tasks:
- Monitor performance of information technology systems and continuously analyze current process and technologies to identify areas of improvement
- Developing new troubleshooting systems to help reduce downtime and operate effectively
- Ensure that all the data, network access and systems are secure and protected
- Ensure cost-effectiveness of IT processes, tools and vendors
- Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the IT Services continues to operate smoothly
- Management Affairs:
- Structure the technology department and recruit necessary candidates
- Plans with the business priorities and ensures that resources are deployed appropriately to fulfill approved demands for services
- Oversees and determines timeframes for IT projects
- Providing direction for IT team members
- Design, develops and implements systems, policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Experience in multinational company is an edge
- Postgraduate study is highly preferred
