Flow Talent is working with a leading bank who are hiring an RPA Specialist for their Abu Dhabi office.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Identify and develop innovative service delivery solutions to drive operational and strategic changes.
- Analyse business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization.
- Assist in the deployment of service excellence initiatives by developing action plans to drive enhancement in business processes by leveraging RPA technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for RPA implementation in CRM processes.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:Open to candidates willing to relocate to UAE.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.Certification in RPA.Minimum 4 years of experience within the Financial Services Industry of which at least 2 years’ experience as an Analyst delivering RPA projects.Knowledge of banking products and processes.Sound knowledge of AI and Machine Learning (ML).Proficiency in using RPA tools (i.e., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
