Job Description
- Duties of an information technology can include network management.
- Provide technical support to a business or an organization's employees and train non-technical workers on the business's information systems.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company .
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

- Problem solving skills
- Sophos Experience
- CCNA Knowledge
- MSCA Knowledge
- Windows Server create and mange rules and security
