Job Description

  • Planning: Develop a product marketing plan that will help attract and retain customers in a competitive market that aligns with the company's marketing strategy and goals.
  • Digital: Updating, maintaining and optimizing the website, App and digital channels. Manage and execute always-on digital marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Traffic generation: Manage website SEO and other digital marketing to increase audience base and App users. Build anticipation for product launches to increase user acquisition.
  • Sales & Marketing: Write, maintain and curate sales and marketing collateral. Plan and manage campaigns.
  • Lead generation: Ensure there is a strong presence to maximise users base and promote the brand
  • PR & Comms: Manage all external and internal PR & communications. Drive the company’s media strategy and execute PR campaigns for brand awareness.
  • Brand building: Plan, develop and implement strategic actions to further develop the brand's share of voice within the ecosystem and ensure a sustainable reputation across the market
  • Product Marketing: Implement a data-driven approach to market existing and new services following extensive market research. Implement targeted marketing campaigns that will drive customer engagement and bring commercial results.
  • Build relationships and coordinate with external partners and agencies.
  • Reporting: Analysing, interpreting, and presenting results. Develop insightful listening and analytics reports and devise ideas for ongoing marketing activities to executive management, trends and other digital and offline marketing opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or higher degree with at least 4 years of marketing experience
  • Great communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and social media
  • Demonstrable experience of marketing generalist background
  • Awareness of digital and offline marketing best practices and market trends
  • CRM & marketing platform experience
  • Experience working with Fintech’s as clients or working for a Fintech firm is preferred
  • Demonstrated language ability
