Job Description
For a major animal feed manufacturer, we are hiring a Brand Manager for its new business unit work in Pets Food
- Analyzes brand positioning and consumer insights, as well as trying
to predict future trends - Translates brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manages a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Leads creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
- Measures and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitors market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
- Oversees new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitors product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devises innovative growth strategies
- Aligns the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 8-12 years of experience
- Excellent command of English and Arabic Language
- Excellent project management skills to manage own project and tasks
- Working knowledge of the principles of sales and marketing management
