Job Description
- Understanding business segments across liability/asset products, and providing integrated campaign services/solutions across multiple channels to meet business goals
- Work closely with Marketing to define campaign requirements including testing and analytical protocols to ensure reliable results.
- Manage the conversion of campaign requirements into detailed deployment plans, then manage the execution of these activities by the campaign development team.
- Reporting all campaigns across multiple channels viz. Push Notifications, Emails, SMS, Customer Contact Centre, etc.
- Review campaign results and make recommendations on refinements to campaigns that will result in improved performance
- Report on various business issues to relevant stakeholders providing appropriate analysis and commentaries for both technical and non-technical people.
- Define a roadmap with related initiatives and comprehensive business requirements.
- Suggest product improvements
- Design and lead promotions and campaigns through the data-driven
- Take responsibility to reduce churn and build preventive and win back activities
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5- 7 years of experience.
- Telecom Experience is a plus.
- Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Experience in building dashboards (ex. Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, )
- SQL proficiency, at least 4 years relevant experience.
- Data analysis skills - working with large chunks of data, data extractions, consolidation, and presentations.
- Must be process orientated and a logical thinker with good attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with Data/Event Analytics and/or Data Illustration tools would be desirable.
- Good technical proficiency, literacy skills and a competent computer user.
- Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such as Computer science or Engineering.
