Job Description

  • Handle the office central services, which include the office confidential documents, external & internal affairs, and correspondence of letters.
  • Prepare and handle a high volume of correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Assist in reviewing and in the implementation of University policies as they pertain to the administrative functions.
  • Handle and prepare meetings and events materials and logistics.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders and departments who may be involved in any of the related tasks. 
  • Maintain and update the office filing system.
  • Plan and assist in Managing events and social activities assigned to the department. 
  • Maintain Office Supplies and anticipate needed supplies and placing orders.
  • Responsible for administrative affairs, Carry out any other appropriate and relevant duties as the work may require.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or any related experience.
  • English and Arabic Proficiency.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with high-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum level of supervision.
  • Able to maintain utmost confidentiality while exercising all department affairs.
  • Experience working with students or Academic setting is preferred.
  • Filing and documentation skills.
