Job Description
- Prepares and follows up to submit documents for the extraction and renewal of trademarks to the relevant governmental authorities to ensure the preservation of the company's rights
- Creates trademarks internationally to ensure that the company's rights are preserved internationally
- Registers patents, utility models, and electronic circuits in the relevant government authorities to ensure the preservation of the company's rights
- Submits trademark appeals and grievances to the relevant government authorities to ensure the preservation of the company's rights
- Coordinates with the marketing and sales departments to obtain the data of counterfeit trademarks to take the necessary legal measures to control them and protect the company's intellectual property rights
- Prepares and follows up to submit documents for extracting and renewing industrial models to the relevant governmental authorities to ensure the preservation of the company's rights
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Law (Major : English)
- Experience in registration of trademark, industrial models and patents
- Good knowledge of law in general and intellectual property rights
- Very good communication skills
