Job Description
- Organizational sales by developing a sales plan that covers sales controls.
- Monitor sales activities by measuring and reporting on actual sales performance as compared to budget expectations.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders such as the Marketing team; to ensure the optimal alignment between sales and marketing strategic plans.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Manage daily reports and report all the sales and performance to the management.
- Select, train, and manage the Sales Team. Set their KPI's and monitor their performance.
- Performs other assignments as required.
