Job Description
- Responsible for the production line process for DL-2400/1700 Extrusion Laminating machine.
- Responsible for achieving production daily plan.
- Send weekly reports to the production manager with the updated process.
- Ensure safety measures are implemented
- Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in the factory
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures
- Determine which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility
- Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantees desired results
- Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
- Following daily reports as per audits requirements.
- Applicable to work on rotation shifts.
Job Requirements
- BSc at Engineering (Production )
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Leadership Skills
- V. Good command of using MS office programs (specially excel - access)
