Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage all HR functions including personnel and legal compliance, payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development, updating job descriptions, performance appraisal, orientation, employee relations, employee retention and engagement, promoting organizational culture and relevant values, maintaining a positive work environment, ..etc.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Maintaining, measuring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for key positions such as managers, section heads, supervisors, and seniors.
  • Assist the General Manager and CEO in developing and evaluating departmental plans and objectives.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Human Resources Professional Diploma 
  • Previous experience as HR manager (at least 2 years) or HR section head (at least 4 years).
  • Proven experience in practicing all HR key functions; especially personnel, payroll, recruitment, performance appraisal through KPIs.
  • Previous work experience in the same industry (IT, System integrator, Network solutions, Infrastructure solutions, Security, …etc.) is prefer 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and experience interacting with labor offices and insurance offices.
  • Appropriate understanding of grading, wage taxes, and insurance deductions.
