Job Description

  • Prepare for planning, scheduling, and managing project activities and assign tasks to the team and resources -and coordinate the chart and reporting line according to tasks to ensure an effective workload and meet deadlines.
  • Manage and sustain cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures to ensure reduction of waste and to save resources.
  • Review and finalize budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
  • Manage and coordinate with project manager, supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, and projects’ implementation problems.
  • Conduct daily on-site observations to control compliance with building and safety standards and codes, and other regulations.
  • Conduct investigations and analyze root-causes of damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper construction procedures are being followed.
  • Negotiate contracts and contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors to reach collaborative partnerships.
  • Execute change requests when necessary in response to customer requests.
  • Manage proposals and drawings, and study inventory availability to meet customer requests.
  • Communicate and manage plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or client
  •  Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field
  • Must have experience in  mega commercial and Substation's projects.
  • Considerable experience in a similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design
  • Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems
  • Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
