Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the sales reps
- Recommends changes in the sales techniques
- Submits weekly and monthly reports to Management
- Set goals, targeted clients, zones for each sales rep
- Follow up of their reports
- Assist in closing orders
- Communicate with other departments to ensure that the process is going on the right track
- Generate sales leads of his own
- Responsible for sales targets and making forecasts for expected sales.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent relative to Field Expertise.
- Advanced sales diploma or studies is preferred
- Proven experience in key account sales +10 years.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
