Job Description
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
- Prepare financial statements, and handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Maintain an up-to-date billing system.
- Generate and send out invoices.
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
- Monitor cost of raw materials and production.
- Monitoring inventory transactions.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks.
- Excelent Microsoft Office skills.
- Good English skills is a must.
