Job Description
- IST Networks is seeking to hire a Senior Solution Consultant to join its team in Smart Village, 6th of October, Egypt.

Main Responsibilities:
- Gather & analyze business & technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Deliver demonstrations and technical proof of concepts (PoC) for customers to show the value of products.
- Demonstrate products to customers in multiple ways (Live Demo, Presentation, Roadmaps, & technical proposals).
- Ensure the detailed features, functionality and architectural impact of technology in your designs and proposals are understood, valued and communicated.
- Develop robust solution proposal with detailed architecture for enterprise customers, including solution proposal, high-level design, and scope of work.
- Own complex solutions with multiple products, while preserving the integrity of technical & commercial documents.
- Ownership of Customer/Vendor Communication Pre-Sales activities independently.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in deploying & designing Customer Experience & Collaboration products.
- Experience with Genesys or Cisco products is highly desired.
- Have knowledge of Architecture & Design related to Contact Center Solutions.
- Knowledge of Leading Customer Care / Call Center Technologies – CTI/ Recording, Quality Management, Reporting, Work Force Management, etc.
- Advance Knowledge of IVR/ NLU/ AI (Artificial Intelligence) / bots / chat bots, Speech Analytics, Digital Channels / Social Media channels/ E-services.
- Able to do Market Analysis (Market Research, Technology Assessment, and Competitive Analysis).
- Good knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Solid experience with Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Technical certifications are a plus.
