Job Description

  • Formally responsible for maintaining a reliable filing system & documents controlling and preserving overall confidentiality levels associated with performing duties as assigned.
  • Formally responsible for JDE transaction (POs & PRs) for required services & products and following up till payment issuance.
  • Provides direct administrative support by maintaining hospitality director’s calendar of appointments & meetings, time schedules, business missions & travels arrangements, conferences, events, etc.
  • Attends meetings, take minutes, and pursues action points that arise
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports and coordinate office activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Coordinates with HR and related departments to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Oversees the day-to-day activities of the office and keeps management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting
