Job Description
- Perform the electrical related preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the plant equipment in compliance with the company maintenance program
- Prepare preventive and routine maintenance tasks database and Coordinate scheduling, ability to learn and start processing these data in SAP and performing these tasks in the way that ensures that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Diagnose the electrical problems, lead troubleshooting process, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment, when required
- Investigate and evaluate cause and extent of damage of machinery and equipment, make adjustments and other corrective actions to ensure the continuous and safe functioning of repaired equipment
- Provide early detection of potential maintenance problems to predict and determine breakdowns before they occur
- Follow up the availability of required electrical spare parts, tools and consumables
- Provide accurate data for the failure rate through identifying the current capability by tracking equipment stoppages
- Comply with all occupational health and safety standards
- Work in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost effective manufacturing
- process and contribute in cost saving target in maintenance spare parts
- Assigns and coordinates work to maintenance team coordinate program of assigned engineering work
- Diagnosing and fixing faults and running quality checks to make sure systems are working properly
- Inspect completed installations and observe operations
- Improve assets and equipment reliability through improved maintenance procedures
- Responsible for achieving management goals in accordance with the company's policy
- Responsible for training and developing members of his group
- Makes sure that safe operations of the plant before every start-up.
Job Requirements
- Excellent technical and practical knowledge of PLC, classic Control, and automation Control.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent working knowledge of maintenance, electrical and technical processes.
- 2+ years experience
- Males only
- Very good command of English
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft (word, excel)
