Providing vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
Collaborate with the UX team to ensure UX design aligns completely with documented business requirements
Own and develop product SRS document, traceability matrix and change log.
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
Prepare and own the Business UAT.
Solicit customer feedback, report software bugs, and pass these on back to engineering for subsequent build / release cycles, as the product stabilizes, and then matures.
Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
Preparing documentation (Product Guide, Technical description, Feature List …etc.)
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
Planning the training of the Operational teams and supporting functions.

Bachelor's Degree and at least 3-5 years of experience as a Software Product Owner / Systems Analyst
Experience preparing and/or executing business and technical requirements and specifications.
Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
This position requires excellent communication, organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team is vital.
Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor is essential.
Proven ability to respond to different organizational situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is necessary.
In addition, organizational and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
